11. While buying, selling, and trading items and characters is permitted in the open market, we recommend using our "Middle Man" service to secure transactions. A 20% fee will be charged to both the seller and buyer.
12. To use the "Middle Man" service, please open a ticket, and we will ensure secure transactions.
13. Selling items outside of the Middle Man service is entirely at your own risk. We will not intervene in cases of scams or lost items.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

Golden team reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block users without prior notice if their actions negatively impact Golden's reputation in the game or on third-party platforms.

If you require a refund for any reason, please open a ticket on Discord, and we will assist you. However, please note that you must have the corresponding amount of purchased silk and allow a minimum of 48 hours to pass since the completion of your payment.
